Adult Group Coaching
The YMCA Adult Group Coaching Programs are aimed at improving a player’s tennis ability and providing the opportunity for more adult tennis players to confidently take part in social or competition tennis. These programs are designed to accommodate players of all ability levels and fast track their improvement with the ultimate goal of taking part in social or competition tennis.
Cardio Tennis is a fun, social, group tennis-fitness program for people of all ages and abilities. Whilst listening to upbeat music, the idea of Cardio Tennis is to keep moving and keep the heart pumping. During a 60 minute workout, on average women burn around 300 to 500 calories per hour, and men burn between 500 to 800 calories. See more details here
